Our commitment at BASIL DOC'S is to offer FRESH ingredients in all menu items. BASIL DOC'S is always searching for FRESH ingredients to enhance our established award winning menu offerings.

With this said BASIL DOC'S has introduced a Bruschetta that is made FRESH at each of our restaurants. The FRESH Bruschetta is used in our Strombolis and in our Bruschetta Bread. Also, we are now offering FRESH Clams on our New Haven and Clams Casino pizzas. FRESH Mozzarella has been introduced which allows BASIL DOC'S to offer Caprese Pizzas and a Caprese Salad. The Caprese pizza and salads are wonderful additions to our FRESH menu.

Additionally, we infuse extra virgin olive oil with FRESH Basil to create our own Basil infused olive oil. The Basil infused extra virgin olive oil is used to create each and every white pizza.

Our house salad is made with hearts of FRESH romaine and FRESH baby spinach--It does not get any FRESHER than this and our salad is always served with a side of our homemade FRESH balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

The cornerstone of BASIL DOC'S pizzas, calzones, strombolis, breadsticks and bruschetta bread is our dough which is made FRESH in each individual restaurant. Our signature sauce is made FRESH on a daily basis with the highest quality tomatoes and spices. Staying with this desire to keeping it FRESH we have introduced sea salt to our recipe production process.

At BASIL DOC'S project GREEN is alive and well. All Colorado restaurants are 100% wind powered provided by XCEL. Also, we installed Rinnai tankless water heaters (in new construction). Our pizzas boxes are re-cycled cardboard and our napkins are made using re-cycled paper. CFL light bulbs are used where applicable and we are now offering soft drinks in aluminum cans and bottled water in plastic bottles (cans and bottles are re-cycleable). All of our cleaning soaps and agents are biodegradable and environmentally friendly. All the while BASIL DOC'S is actively pursuing additional project GREEN opportunities.

BASIL DOC'S is committed to using FRESH ingredients and being GREEN whenever the opportunity presents itself. This FRESH & GREEN campaign is nothing new for BASIL DOC'S, we have been conducting business since 1996 with the FRESH & GREEN philosophy in mind. Now that our society is more aware we are making our customers aware of what we have been practicing for over a decade. This is just BUSINESS AS USUAL for BASIL DOC'S PIZZA.
