Our Neapolitan pizza consists of a thin crust with our signature tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and any additional items selected from below. We also offer a white pizza drizzled with basil infused extra virgin olive oil for a rich and distinct flavor.
All red pizzas come with mozzarella unless otherwise specified. If you would like your pizza white, please let us know.

Our brick ovens reach temperatures in excess of 600 degrees F. Some pizzas may get blackened around the edge and even lose their perfect shape due to contact with the brick in the oven.

Re-Heat instructions.
Preheat oven and pizza stone (cookie sheet, or similar) to 500°. Place pizza on hot pizza stone for 2-3 minutes. Pizza is done when cheese bubbles.
